How do I switch to Allvoi Wireless service?

Lucky for you, we have an easy step-by-step option guiding you on how to switch. Easy, quick, and seamless - so you can start loving your new service!

Do you have coverage in my area?

Backed by multiple wireless networks including America's best AT&T network, you will be covered with strong and reliable connections across the US. Can I use and keep my own phone?

Of course! If you already have a phone that you are happy with, then we'd be happy to help you switch the service on it from your previous provider to Allvoi. Keep your same phone but use it on Allvoi's fast and reliable network for a lower cost than other providers. We want you to be able to enjoy our awesome network with the phone of your choice, even if it is the device you already have; however, for this to work, there are some conditions that have to be met.

• Device must be domestically SIM unlocked by the previous carrier.
• Device must not have been reported as lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained.
• Device must have the original ESN number as assigned by its manufacturer.
• Device must be of US origin, at this time, unfortunately - we do not support international carriers.

Device must be compatible with GSM networks to be eligible for use. GSM phones and carrier-unlocked phones can be easily activated on Allvoi Wireless with a SIM card from us.

Can I keep my own phone number as well?

We understand how important a phone number is essentially our digital IDs, which is why you can keep your number when you switch from your previous provider to Allvoi. It's a new and affordable service with the same number! What more could you ask for? When you switch to Allvoi Wireless, you can keep your current cell phone number, so you'll stay connected to all your friends and family. If you are getting a cellular device for the first time, we can also port landline numbers onto a mobile device. We at Allvoi want to make it convenient for you to switch, so take your number with you and stay connected to our affordable and reliable network, all you need to port your number is:

• Account number and PIN number from your carrier
• A few minutes - 24 hours, depending on carrier, to complete the porting process

When will I get my new phone or SIM card?

If you've ordered anything from us, it'll come straight to you from New York City. We know the hardest part about this process is waiting to get your delivery and that is why Allvoi promises same day shipping on all orders made by 4:30 PM Eastern Time! We won't make you wait long - delivery to most of the United States territories is within 7 days.

How do I make an account?

Make it easy for yourself by making an account with Allvoi Wireless. Once you log in, you'll be able to manage your wireless plan, check your current balance, and much more. Transparent and simple, you'll see everything in your account!

Where can I find my account number?

Your account number can be found by logging into your account, or simply chat/call us and we'll be able to help you find it.

What if my payment fails or I forget to renew?

Just log into your account, change your payment method, and simply let the payment process! But, you will need to pay your balance before you can reuse our service again.

Where can I find my monthly usage?

You can view your monthly usages online, or you can also see everything when you get your bill statement. It's an all-in-one transparent bill so you know all your charges, fees, usages, and more.

How can I switch my plan?

You can chat or call our customer service and we'll be able to switch you to your new plan. Whether you want more in your plan or less, we have everything you need with any of our unlimited wireless plans.

Do you guys offer any free trials before I commit?

While taxes and fees aren't included, they're all laid out in one easy-to-read bill so you know you're not paying for any extras or hidden fees.

When will my service start?

I need my IMEI, where can I find it?

Your IMEI is important, it's like the social security number for phones. To get your IMEI easily, dial *#06# and your IMEI will easily pop up!

I have an old phone, is it supported by Allvoi?

Allvoi Wireless is supported under 4G LTE and VoLTE, which means that your phone also should be supported under these to be able to use it on our network! Can't tell how to find out? Head over to our BYOP phone eligibility center and see if your phone is supported.

My phone isn't compatible, what now?

We're selling the latest and most modern smartphones in the market. Apple, Samsung, and more, browse through our Phone Shop and see which one fits your style! We even offer free phones, so you don't have to pay more for a device.

Can I use and keep my own phone?

I'm leaving the country, what do I do? And do you guys have international calling?

Our services unfortunately don’t have roaming available if you plan on going overseas ... but better yet, we have free international calling! All unlimited plans give you the freedom to call anywhere overseas, at no additional charge at all. Simply make an account with Allvoi Easy, fund your account with credits, dial our access number and finally your destination number and start calling!

Can I call anywhere in the world?

We try our best to let you call anywhere! Check out our destinations and rates so you can be sure that your destination number is available with Allvoi Wireless.

Why can't I call internationally anymore?

You probably can't call internationally anymore due to insufficient funds. Before you make calls, be sure to log on and check your balances! Add more funds and you're on your way to call anywhere again!
