Is Your Phone Compatible?

If you already own a cellphone that you’d like to use with an Allvoi® Wireless plan, you must check its compatibility first:

Phone must be GSM-compatible and work on one of these frequencies:
- 3G UMTS Network - 850, 1900 MHz Bands
- 4G LTE Network - AWS, 700, 850, 1900 MHz Bands
Phone must be confirmed to be domestic SIM unlocked by the previous carrier to activate it.
Phone cannot be reported as lost or stolen or fraudulently obtained.
Phone must have the original ESN, as assigned by the manufacturer.
Phone also must have U.S. origination; devices from international carriers are not supported

Your device must be compatible with the GSM network to be eligible for use. Therefore GSM phones or unlocked devices can be activated with Allvoi®️Wireless. It’s also necessary to have a SIM card from us.

What is a SIM card?

A SIM card is a smart chip housed inside one’s phone allowing it to identify the user and their phone plan. Please confirm that your phone is SIM-unlocked for Allvoi to activate it.

What if I have a dual SIM?

You will need to unlock both SIM cards. Please call your current provider or phone manufacturer website to unlock your device.

How long do I need to wait to get service from Allvoi Wireless?

As long as you meet the requirements, you can get the best, no-contract service in just minutes.

What types of phones can be transferred?

As long as the phone works on GSM network, users can transfer almost any device. We accept Apple, Android, Windows, basic phones, and more.

Where can I locate what my GSM-compatible mobile phone frequency?

The manufacturer website of your phone will list and let you know its GSM frequency.

How can I check to see if my phone was stolen or fraudulently obtained?

Websites such as stolenphonechecker.org offer free scans to see if your mobile phone was reported lost or stolen. Make sure to have your IMEI/MEID/ESN ready!

The device ID number should display on your screen.
