If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, in order to avoid any possible problems with ALLVOI Softphone, please follow these instructions:

1. Set capability mode to Windows XP
2. Run the program as administrator.
3. Go to Windows Firewall and add Softphone to trusted zone.
4. Please check if antivirus software is not blocking Softphone.

Once you have the softphone installed on your computer, you will need a headset and microphone to use it.
