The FCC requires Allvoi to offer you E911 service so that emergency service professionals will be able to respond to your 911 call.
You activate E911 service during sign up. All you have to do is to provide us your physical home or business address where your Allvoi equipment (or softphone) is located.
E911 service will be immediately active as long as you have active broadband service and your equipment is powered-up.
After activating E911 service during sign up, simply dial 911 for emergency service.
E911 Address Information
You will configure E911 service by filling in the fields that tell us which address you wish to receive emergency service in the event that you place a 911 call. Please do not enter a post office box.
