Configuring Voicemail Feature
In order to setup your ALLVOI Voicemail you must first Enable the Voicemail feature on your account by logging into My Account (https://account.allvoi.com/allvoi.html) and click on the "Configure Voicemail" link on the left side of the page. This will ask you to enter a numeric password for you voice mailbox.

To record a greeting: Dial 90912345 from your ALLVOI Phone, enter your ALLVOI 7 digit account number (872XXXX) when asked for the mailbox ID and your password. Then follow the voice prompts to record your own greeting message.

Once you have a greeting recorded you need to setup your call forwarding options so unanswered calls will be sent to your voice mailbox.

To access your voicemail from a phone other than your Allvoi Telephone or Softphone 
dial 1-847-324-0499
Next you’ll be presented language choices, for example, for English press 1. Next you’ll be prompted to provide the voice mail ID followed by the pound key.

The voice mail ID is your Allvoi 7 digit account number followed by the pound key. The last thing you’ll be prompted to do is to enter your pin code followed by the pound key.

Your pin code is your 4 digit Voicemail/Host Password followed by the pound key. You can now listen to messages or change your voice mail greeting.
